Marian Ardelean is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the „Babes Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca and a member of the Cluj Bar Association.

Marian joined the team of „Budușan & Associates” in 2022, as associate attorney and, in a brief period of time he was involved in several projects and litigations with diversified objects.

In matters of commercial law, he has assisted and represented clients in debt enforcement and debt recovery proceedings. He also provides advice and representation services or the drafting of the necessary documents before the Trade Register Office.

He has also contributed to the drafting of written positions in various labor and family law disputes.

In the field of criminal law, he provides clients with assistance and representation in the prosecution, preliminary chamber and trial phases.

Marian is fluent in English and conversational in French.
