I am a lawyer in Cluj, a member of the Cluj Bar Association since 2011, with over 15 years of experience in resolving insolvency disputes, debt recovery, and contractual liability.
I started my career as a trainee lawyer at Budușan & Asociații (2011-2013), where I gained solid experience in commercial law and insolvency.
Since 2013, I have been the owner of the Marian Bota Law Firm, continuing my collaboration with Budușan & Asociații. Over the years, I have assisted both individuals and Romanian and foreign companies, including numerous Italian clients doing business in Romania.
