Luiza Budusan has assisted corporate clients – personal data controllers – since the entry into force of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection, in implementing required measures and assisting clients in their relationship with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
- Intellectual property and copyright lawyer. Luiza Budusan provides consultancy in intellectual property matters, representing clients in disputes regarding recognition, safeguarding and valorization of copyright and related rights, both nationally and internationally, as well as taking provisional measures in intellectual property matters. She assists clients in relations with the State Office for Inventions and the EUIPO for registration of industrial property rights regarding trademarks.
- Civil law lawyer – defense of non‑patrimonial rights. Throughout her professional activity, Luiza Budusan has paid special attention to the protection of non‑patrimonial civil rights of both natural and legal persons (right to image and reputation), offering full support in obtaining remedy and compensation for any infringement of these fundamental rights by third parties.

I have spent my entire career since my internship in Cluj-Napoca, at the Budusan Law Firm, which in 2008 became Budusan and Associates Law Firm.
