A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Adriana Costea completed her master’s studies in the European and National Business Law program. Her academic background provided her with a solid legal foundation, complemented by a practical approach focused on identifying effective and well-grounded solutions.
Throughout her professional activity, she has provided legal assistance and contributed to the representation of clients in cases involving civil law, commercial and business law, enforcement proceedings, and criminal law. She has assisted clients in enforcement cases, including procedures related to debt recovery and the drafting of specific procedural documents, and has been involved in drafting legal and procedural acts in civil and commercial litigation.
Furthermore, through participation in moot court competitions, including the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, Adriana Costea has deepened her knowledge of international commercial arbitration and international trade law — an experience that has strengthened her skills in legal analysis, argumentation, and drafting.
