experience in the establishment, modification, and dissolution of commercial companies, as well as in
managing the related formalities with the National Trade Register Office.
Criminal Law Attorney. She has also contributed to drafting documents and preparing defenses in criminal
law disputes, accumulating practical experience in a field that demands rigor, attention to detail, and a
thorough understanding of procedural mechanisms.
Medical Law Attorney. Furthermore, she is specializing in the field of medical malpractice, currently
pursuing a master’s degree in the Medical Malpractice program at the Faculty of Medicine of the “Iuliu
Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca. This interdisciplinary training allows
