Dan Cristian Moş has graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration – Finance & Banking – “Babeş-Bolyai University”. In 2011 he obtained a master’s degree in “European and national business law” granted by the Faculty of Law – “Babeş-Bolyai University”.
From 2013 he is a member of the Cluj Bar.
In financial-banking law, he offers legal advice in matters related to the activity of banking institutions and leasing companies, he offers legal advice regarding legal situations generated by the client-bank relations and regarding the opportunity and profitability of various financial transaction.
In corporate law, he offers legal advice in matters related to the incorporation, current activity, dissolution, liquidation, merger and division of companies, incorporation of NGOs (associations & foundations). He also offers legal advice regarding the opening of branches, subsidiaries, working points and agencies.
He offers specialized assistance for the execution of commercial agreements (purchase-sale agreements, distribution, subcontracting, leasing, commodate, mandate, assignment).
In insurance law, he offers legal advice for the execution of insurance contracts of any kind and represents Clients in court in case of disputes arising from such agreements.
In matters related to capital markets, he offers legal advice regarding governing laws and the special legal regime that must be observed by any listed company, legal advice regarding the trading of derivatives and the entry on a certain regulated market or the exit.
In administrative law, he offers legal advice regarding the conclusion and execution of administrative agreements. In fiscal law, he offers legal advice in matters related to customs legislation, taxes and fees of any kind, VAT, duties and offers appropriate fiscal solutions to Clients.
In criminal law, he assists and represents Clients in criminal files, both during the criminal prosecution phase and during the criminal trial.
