David Talpeş specializes in “business law”, which is a field that includes various branches of the legal system such as civil law, corporate law, insolvency, fiscal law etc.
In 2012 he obtained a master’s degree in “European and national business law” granted by the Faculty of Law – “Babeş-Bolyai University”.
In civil law, he offers legal advice and represents clients in disputes arising from the conclusion and execution of agreements, ownership rights and other real rights.
In commercial law, his practice focuses are corporate law and insolvency, offering legal advice and client representation – natural or moral persons.
In intellectual property matters, he deals with registration of requests, trade or factory marks, industrial designs or models at OSIM for national or international deposits, disputes related to such registrations and any other proceedings for the protection of intellectual property rights.
