Dan Cristian Moş dan cristian mos is a Bachelor of Lawswith a Major in Law, anda graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business Management, Finance & Bank department within the Babeș-Bolyai University. In2011, he was granted a Master’s degree in European and National Business Law by the Faculty of Law.

Since 2013 he has been a member of the Cluj Bar, and from 2020 he is a member of the Professional Mediators’ Association Cluj.

He is a specialist in business criminal law and offers legal aid and advicein economic crimes —tax evasion, money laundering, embezzlement, deceit, European fund fraud, but also in casesof corruption and organised crime. He also assists and represents clients that are natural persons or legal entities in the criminal prosecution phase and the court phase (preliminary chamber, substantive proceedings, appeal or extraordinary means of appeal).

His professional experience also recommends him for corporate lawconcerning setting up, current operations, transfer of shares, exclusion of associates or partners, dissolution, liquidation, mergers and divisions of companies, as well as setting up of nonprofit organizations (associations and foundations).

In the field of tax law he can offer advice on taxes and royalties of any nature, VAT, excise, also providing the best taxation solutions to clients’ problems.

As a mediator, he can manage and resolve criminal law conflicts in which withdrawing the preliminary complaint or the parties’ reconciliation exempts them from criminal liability. For any other criminal conflict it is only the civil side that can be mediated, pertaining to moral and material damage.
