Natalia Berindean is a lawyer in the Cluj Bar and The National Association of the Romanian Bars. She graduated the Faculty of Law of the Babes-Bolyai University in 2001.

She assists and represents clients in the field of commercial law (incorporation/takeover of companies, contracts, negotiations, debit recovery – legal proceedings before any courts of law followed by forced executions).
