Luiza Iuliana Buduşan, Lawyer

"Where there's a will, there's a way!"

Luiza Iuliana Buduşan is a lawyer in the Cluj Bar – The National Association of the Romanian Bars – from 1997. In 2006 her colleagues from the Bar offered her a vote of confidence and elected her to be one of the 12 counsellors of the Cluj Bar.

 

She successfully offers legal assistance to famous clients – companies coming from various fields of activity – in court but also when negotiating important contracts in their daily activities. Her area of expertise is legal advice in the commercial field and the insolvency procedure, lawsuits of this kind, the closing of transactions, as well as the protection of the clients' interests through the administrative contentious law.

 

She offers legal advice to companies in matters related to their legal files, mergers and procurements, transaction of equity interests.

 

In the field of civil law she assists clients especially for the recovery of the prejudices caused by damages and for the partition of common goods – in case of a divorce or in any other case, no matter its causes.

 

She coordinates the professional activity of the lawyers who are working in this law firm in all the fields of the legal system, but also the activity of the associates and collaborators of the law firm.
