Carmen Szabo, Lawyer

Carmen Szabo is a lawyer, member of the Cluj Bar and graduate of the Faculty of Law, Babes Bolyai University, since 1998.

 

Attorney Szabo has a wealth of experience in the commercial law and she offers legal advice in matters of corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, commercial contracts, and she assists and represents clients in their commercial litigations arising from various commercial relations, including the insolvency procedure.
